As the people on vent will confirm there is a little bit of a buzz about myself and a few other players this evening after a little bit of fun in ToGC.

With the main raid being canelled due to lack of sign-ups (due to lack of remaining content), a few people ventured into Heroic ToC 10-man to try our luck there.  At this point its worth noting that TSD's best previous run in ToGC was first two bosses dead and OWNED by faction champions.

Undeterred we went for it anyway and things started "interestingly".  We "1-shotted" the northrend beasts 20 seconds after the enrage with some heroics from Solarnova, ankhing with the bos at 4.6% health and burning it down while he was stunned against a wall Smiley  Bosses 2 and three went down without any real issues, and only a stupid wipe on the 4th caused any issues when we very wrongly decided we should go with 3 healers instead of 2.....stupid move - DPS DPS DPS Smiley

This left us facing Anub with 49 attempts remaining and thinking "damn this is a walk in the park" - LOL

Moving from twins to Anub is like moving from Patchwork to Yogg in 1 foul swoop....bottom like its a pain in the ass and you make the slightest error and its going to cost you a wipe try...  Well this was not going to stop us and 2 hours (and 10-trys later TSD completed its first heroic ToC clear (and got a mega tribute achievemnt to boot  Grin

Burning it down while it was stunned against the wall doesn't really give such an epic moment justice. You all know how modest I am but come on give this the epic tail it deserves.


on a side note there are a couple of people who deserved to be in this run last night and I hope they are around next time. You know who you are.
